We are excited to have you become a part of the St. Philip the Apostle Catholic School Athletic Program. We sincerely wish that your experience in our Mustang athletic program is satisfying and rewarding.

We feel that participation in athletics is an important part of the educational process as athletic participation provides the opportunity for student athletes to develop knowledge, skill and attitudes so that they may become productive, contributing citizens of our community and society.

 It is time to get back into school mode and I want to bring a couple of things to mind:
 If you have a child that is in the 5th-8th grade and they would like to participate in the upcoming football programs, they have already started practices.

The children were notified in the month of May before we left school. If your child would like to participate, they will need to contact me this week (Aug.-1-5).

NO child will be able to participate in any sport if they have not taken a physical or paid their fees. We will not have a physical fund raiser for St. Philip this year so your child will need to go to their family physician. Please remember, physicals run from year to year, which means you will need to know when your child needs an update.

Swimming season has already started. If your child would like to swim this year, please contact me so I can forward the times and locations to you. They will not take anyone else after August 25th.

If you plan on your child swimming, a guardian will need to accommodate them while practicing.
Lastly, thank all of you for a beautiful last year. I appreciate all of you who participated in our programs and helped the athletic department. I look forward to working with you again this year.
